Rami Hourani
Rami Amer Genson Hourani focuses on international commercial transactions, trade law, and dispute resolution, including civil and criminal litigation and arbitration.
Based in Jakarta, he is a regional technical expert for the EU–ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package (Trade), covering digital trade and connectivity. He previously coordinated the International Trade Centre’s ARISE Plus programme.
Rami holds a Juris Doctor and a degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University and passed the 2017 Philippine Bar Examination.

Kenneth Varona
Kenneth Capahi Varona is based in Cebu City and Ormoc City. His practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, alongside business matters involving data protection, intellectual property, and visa and work permit applications for foreign nationals.
He previously worked as an associate lawyer at Quasha Law and as a consultant for the International Organization for Migration.
Kenneth graduated from Ateneo de Manila University Law School in 2016 and passed the 2016 Philippine Bar Examination.
