Kenneth C. Varona
Mr. Kenneth Capahi Varona (“Kenneth”) is based in Cebu City and Ormoc City, presently focusing on litigation (civil and criminal).
Has been in the private practice of law for 7 years, was an Associate Lawyer of Quasha Law and worked as a consultant for the International Office of Migration – United Nations.
Handles business concerns, especially data protection, intellectual property law, visa and work permit applications for foreign nationals.
Graduated from Ateneo de Manila University Law School in 2016 and passed the 2016 Bar Exam.

Rami G. Hourani
Mr. Rami Amer Genson Hourani (“Rami”) specializes in international commercial transactions, trade law and dispute resolution. He has been a member / officer of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Philippine Exporter’s Confederation.
He was a professor of Civil Law at the University of Cebu School of Law. He is part of the senior management of an international trading company.
Rami is the National Project Coordinator for the ARISE Plus Program of the International Trade Center (United Nations) and works on issues concerning trade facilitation where he collaborates with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and other Government Agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
He handles dispute resolution such civil and criminal litigation, and arbitration. He obtained his Juris Doctor and undergraduate degree in Management from the Ateneo De Manila University. He passed the 2017 Bar Exam.
Atty. Joel Longos
Mr. Jose Manuel Celdran Longos (“Joel”) hails from Iligan City and is currently a Cebu based lawyer who focuses on Corporate, Civil and Administrative Law. He has extensive exposure in handling settlement disputes (judicial and quasi-judicial processes).
He is adept at contract drafting and review. Joel received his bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos in 2009 and his juris doctor degree from the University of San Jose-Recoletos 2015. He took and passed the 2018 Bar Exam.
Atty. Don Cuizon
Mr. Erlces John Cuizon, CPA (“Don”) passed the Philippine Board Examination for Certified Public Accountants in 2010, is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy (BS BAA) from the University of the Philippines – Diliman and obtained his degree as Juris Doctor at Ateneo de Manila University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.
Don handles litigation, tax compliance and labor cases, as well as property transfer transactions.
He was an Associate Auditor then later worked as Tax Director (Indirect Taxation Tax Advisory Services) at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV&Co.). He was an Associate Lawyer at Quisumbing Torres Law Office. He was Legal Officer at the Bohol Provincial Legal Office.
